Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi there! Happy [almost] Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is a time to celebrate gratitude and give thanks to the things that are important to us. It is a time to celebrate the harvest from local farmers, the food on your table and the life you share with your loved ones.

While Thanksgiving might look a little different this year, the importance of enjoying a delicious meal is still there. This might mean eating a delicious meal with the people you live with, doing a virtual Thanksgiving dinner or having an outdoor social distanced visit with your loved ones. Be creative, have fun and be thankful!

Sitting down to share a meal together, virtually or in person, is important for so many reasons. It is a time to harvest fresh vegetables for meals, a time to gather in the kitchen and a time to sit down to enjoy meals together. It allows time to be connected with your family members where you can focus on each other's company to share stories. It also gives children the opportunity to learn about holiday traditions, appreciate home cooked meals and understand how to give thanks (another great reason to still hold Thanksgiving dinner virtually!). It ultimately helps friends and families share their thanks and bond over a meal that was created together. Thanksgiving is a great reminder to slow down and appreciate the positive things in life.

If you need some assistance cooking your turkey (perhaps it is your first time!), take a look at this blog post that features recipes for turkey, stuffing and gravy using the Turkey Blend. The blog also has a few baking recipes that feature the Pumpkin Spice and are sure to make your kitchen smell delicious. If you place a *local* order before Thursday, October 8th at midnight, you can still receive these seasonal blends before Thanksgiving.

The team at B.O.B.S. Spices is incredibly thankful for you and your support during the past few months. We are so proud of the community we have built and are happy to continue providing this community with our spice blends. We hope you have a wonderful weekend in whichever way your family decides to celebrate.

From our kitchen to yours, we hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend!

-B.O.B.S. Team
